National Return and Refunds
NO RETURN/ REFUND / REPLACEMENT FOR MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AS IT COMPLETELY MADE UPON REQUEST
• Returns applicable only if the end-user receives the incorrect product / damaged product during transit / defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately within 2 days when you receive the products on +91-9461600480 or email us at aanchal.paridhan@gmail.com
In this case, We will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the existing ones from you, Return charges are to be borne by the customer.
• If in case, if we fail to replace it with the same product, it may happen in a single stock product, the end-user may choose some other product of the same worth.
• Returned products need to be received by us within 7days. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return/replacement.
• Returns are not applicable and not encouraged in case you don`t like the product, it does not suit your face, not matching to your clothes, or for any other reason.
